Shipping Policy

Current shipping countries: Germany and Spain only.

At this time, Mercado Amigo accepts online orders for delivery addresses in Germany and Spain. We do not currently ship online orders to other countries.

Germany

Standard delivery is generally expected within approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch. Available shipping methods and the exact shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Free standard shipping within Germany is currently available for qualifying orders over €150, unless a different promotion or checkout condition is displayed.

Spain

Standard delivery is generally expected within approximately 4–8 business days after dispatch. The available shipping method and exact shipping charge are shown at checkout based on the order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared during business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods, incorrect address details or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. For Germany, DHL Packstation delivery may be possible where the selected shipping service supports it and the address is entered correctly.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Undeliverable or returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
