These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the Mercado Amigo online store operated by Frida Suro, trading as Mercado Amigo, Germany.

1. Products and availability

We curate small-batch, handmade and artisan products. Because many items are handmade, minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions or finish may occur and form part of the individual character of the product. Product availability may change and an order is subject to acceptance and stock availability.

2. Prices and payment

Prices shown in the online store include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping countries

At present, online orders are shipped only to Germany and Spain. Delivery methods, shipping costs and any applicable free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.

4. Order confirmation and contract

After you place an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement. A binding purchase contract is concluded in accordance with the checkout process and applicable law when the order is accepted.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in the Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delays caused by carriers, force majeure, incorrect address information or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

6. Returns, withdrawal and refunds

For online consumer purchases, statutory withdrawal rights and our return process are described in our Refund Policy. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

7. Events and workshops

Where we sell tickets or reservations for workshops or events on a specific date, separate event terms may apply. Statutory withdrawal exceptions for date-specific leisure services may apply where permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, including text, images, design elements, logos and other materials, may be protected by intellectual-property rights and may not be used beyond what is permitted by law without authorisation.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Governing law

German law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

11. Consumer dispute resolution

We are not obliged and are not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless a legal obligation to participate applies.
