Shipping

To have your order conveniently delivered to a business address or to another recipient, you have the option of specifying a delivery address that differs from the billing address during the ordering process. Billing and delivery addresses must be within the Online Store's delivery area.

Shipping costs and delivery time standard between 2-4 business days within Germany & 2-8 business days within Europe.

You can also enter a DHL Packstation as the delivery address. Instructions for entering the address: https://www.dhl.de/de/paket/pakete-empfangen/packstation.html.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. The shipping confirmation will contain a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order online.
