How to Prepare a Daily Ceremonial Cacao Drink
Ingredients:
Use 25–40 g of ceremonial cacao per person with hot water, but not boiling water. You may add cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne, or a touch of natural sweetener if desired. For a more traditional ritual experience, we recommend preparing it without cow’s milk.
Ritual:
Create a calm space, light a candle, play soft music, and set an intention. Stir slowly, breathe deeply, and drink mindfully. Let the warmth of the cacao guide you into a moment of presence.
