AMAYA Dresses
Made in the community of San Juan del Rio, Oaxaca; each piece combines backstrap loom technique as well as crochet in its elaboration. The first is seen on the shoulders, which are made in San Juan Colorado, colloquially known as Cotzocon, and the second part, crochet woven is used to join the pieces in San Juan del Rio along the edges.
These dresses are 100% raw cotton, manta in Spanish. Ellaboration time is around 3 weeks and their measurements are 115 cm in length and 55 cm width.
