Organic Coconut Flour

Our Organic Coconut Flour (350grm) from Come Verde is the ideal substitute for flour in any cake. You can either put half and half or substitute it completely with the following formula:

1 CUP of Flour = 1/3 CUP of Coconut Flour + an additional egg (if the recipe has egg) + 1/2 the amount of liquid in the recipe (ex if recipe has 1 cup of milk, add an additional 1/2 cup of milk).
