Gluten Free - Sugar Free - Very Yummy
Every once in a while everyone needs something sweet, something that was prepared for breakfast on special occasions.
Unfortunately as we grow older, we become more aware of the things we eat and of the ingredients we use. These pancakes are not only delicious, but are very beautiful to the eye. A true eye-catcher!
2 bananas. Make sure they have lots of brown spots!
You’ll need 1 🥚
Adding moisture is always key! 1/2 cup of Oat Milk or any other substitute. Add any milk you’d like.
3/4 cup of oats
Blueberries 🫐 to taste
Monk Fruit 2 tbsp
You’ll also need baking powder 1/2 tsp to allow the pancakes to get nice and fluffy, plus some cinnamon, vanilla extract & salt to taste.
Mix it all together in the blender and if too liquid adjust by adding a bit more oats or you can add almond flour for taste as-well! Stir in blueberries and voila!
Prepare your pan as if doing regular pancakes and top your pancakes with any berries you find, or add cocoa nibs, maple syrup, vegan honey 🍯 or honey!
