4 slices of Smoked salmon
250 grms diced White mushrooms
150 grms diced Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 red onion thinly diced
1 or 2 Lemons or lime juice
1 or 2 Green chilis (green chili Senegal)
A fistfull of thinly chopped Coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon of Minced ginger
4 tablespoons Olive oil
Dash of Salt & pepper
Mix the mushrooms, tomatoes, green chilis, coriander & onion in a bowl.
Add lime/lemon juice, ginger, olive oil into the bowl.
Finally season as you see fit by adding salt & pepper.
Serve final mixture on top of the tostadas & add salmon.
