Add all ingredients except the Salmas into a blender or
food processor and continue to blend until texture is smooth.
To make the mixture even smoother add a tsp of the chickpea liquid that was set aside.
Garnish by adding a tsp of Mix Fino or Mix Chiltepín, olive oil, a bit of Paprika & sprinkle on top a couple of parsley leaves.
Serve final mixture on top of the Salmas & enjoy every bite!
