Egg Tacos
Yes, you read right, I mean, if there are eggs on toast why not egg Tacos!

These eggs are prepared with a bit of cheese so that even the little ones eat it with such joy, they won't even leave crumbs on their plate.
A classic that each Mexican child has had for breakfast!
 
INGREDIENTS
1 Person

3 tortillas (Nopalia tortillas) 

1 slice of cheese (Bio-Alpenländer Butterkäse)

Avocado to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

A bit of Hot Spicy Garlic Don Emilio sauce

A bit of Mix Suculento sauce

A bit of Salsa de Guacamole

 

PROCEDURE
1 Person

Heat up the pan and add a dash of Olive Oil,

and once it is heated, add eggs & season with a bit of salt

(garlic powder is optional) and scramble. 

Add cheese & turn heat down and stir sporadically.

In the meantime you can start warming up your tortillas.

Serve tortillas, add eggs, top off with avocado and salsa of your choosing and sprinkle a bit of pepper on top!

This is a classic children's favorite.
